About

I'm Joe — a freelance photographer and writer who's been living out of a suitcase for the better part of a decade. I settled in Istanbul five years ago and somehow never left.

My work is about people and places at the edges — the early morning markets, the last tea houses, the neighborhoods that don't make the travel guides yet.
